As an SAP Automation Associate you will help design, develop and improve automated solutions for companies that use SAP. You will work with the SAP cloud technologies, automation platforms, workflow tools, APIs and business applications to help companies work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Process. Automation

1. We need to look at how businesses work and find ways to make them better using automation.
2. You will talk to people who work in the business and understand what problems they face.
3. Then you will use this information to suggest solutions that use technology.
4. You will help make process maps, automation designs and workflow documentation.
5. You will also participate in meetings where we discuss how to automate business processes.
6. Workflow Development
7. You will help develop business workflows using SAP automation technologies.
8. You will assist in creating automated approval processes, notifications and task assignments.
9. You will implement workflow solutions that make it easier for people to see what is going on and make things work better.
10. You will help test and make sure automated workflows work correctly.

SAP BTP and Cloud Solutions

1. You will work with SAP Business Technology Platform services to develop automation solutions that can grow with the company.
2. You will help connect cloud applications and other systems using APIs and connectors.
3. You will assist in deploying and maintaining automation solutions in the cloud.
4. You will. Use best practices for developing cloud solutions.
5. You will work with consultants to build secure and reliable automation frameworks.
6. Integration and Connectivity
7. You will help connect SAP applications with systems and external platforms.
8. You will monitor integration processes. Help fix problems.
9. You will assist in testing and making sure systems work together correctly.
10. You will help make sure data is shared smoothly between systems.
11. Monitoring and Operational Support
12. You will monitor automated processes. Find ways to make them better.
13. You will help fix problems when automation fails.
14. You will participate in finding the root cause of problems. Suggest ways to prevent them.
15. You will keep process documentation and operational guidelines up to date.
16. You will help make sure automation solutions keep getting better.
17. Collaboration and Communication
18. You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP consultants, developers and project teams.
19. You will participate in meetings where we discuss requirements and solutions.
