About the Role
The Imperative is hiring a QA / Trainer to handle both Quality Analysis and Training responsibilities for their loan sales process. This is a dual-function role — you will monitor team performance and call quality while also training new and existing employees to improve productivity and conversions.

What You Will Do
Quality Analysis
- Monitor and audit inbound and outbound calls for quality and compliance
- Evaluate agent performance against defined quality parameters and standards
- Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to agents
- Identify performance gaps and escalate repeat issues to operations leadership
- Prepare detailed quality reports, scorecards, and audit trackers
- Work closely with the operations team to drive performance improvement and conversions
Training & Development
- Conduct new hire training covering process knowledge, product details, and communication skills
- Facilitate refresher training sessions for existing agents
- Design and deliver performance improvement sessions for underperforming team members
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessment tools
- Manage training batches and maintain training attendance and completion records
- Identify skill gaps across the team and implement targeted training interventions
Skills Required
Must Have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good analytical and observation abilities for call auditing
