About the Role
Nobl Q is hiring SAP Automation Consultants to help solve automation challenges across SAP system landscapes. You will implement process automations using SAP Build Process Automation, integrate systems via SAP BTP, and make SAP operations more reliable through event-driven and rule-based automation — all while strictly following Clean Core and Fit-to-Standard principles.
This role is open to freshers and junior professionals with 0–2 years of experience who have worked with SAP or automation projects and want to build a specialized career in SAP process automation.
What You Will Do
- Identify and solve automation challenges across the SAP landscape including business process workflows, system integrations, approvals, notifications, and exception handling
- Implement process automations using SAP Build Process Automation (SAP BPA)
- Automate cross-system processes using SAP BTP, APIs, and event-driven triggers
- Make SAP processes more reliable through rule-based and event-triggered automation
- Support automation design and implementation during Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Ensure all automations comply with SAP Public Cloud and Clean Core standards
- Work closely with Functional, Technical, and Integration teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of automated workflows
- Automate repetitive daily operational tasks to improve team efficiency
- Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot issues across connected SAP systems
- Document automation solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Skills Required
Must Have:
- 0–2 years of experience in SAP, automation, or related technology projects
- Understanding of SAP business processes end-to-end (Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.)
- Ability to analyze problems across multiple connected SAP systems
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Basic scripting knowledge — JavaScript or Python
- Good communication skills for working with functional and technical teams
